Today in kindergarten, we got to taste test 3 different colors of apples! We heard a fun story that described a little red house with no door and no windows, with a star inside. As we listened to the story, we realized they were describing an APPLE! If you cut an apple horizontally rather than vertically, you will see the star inside!
After tasting red, green, and yellow apples, we created a graph to share our favorite apple to eat. Red had the most! Green was the least (but I have to admit, it was a particularly tart green apple!) We had fun, and for some kids, they got to try something new!
