Hello and Welcome to Kindergarten!
Hello and welcome to kindergarten at Trinity! I am excited to be your child's teacher this year. I've spent this week getting the classroom ready for a fantastic year of learning!
Thank you to everyone who came up to the school for Registration Day. I'm so glad that so many of you were able to come see the classroom with your child!
Some dates/times to keep an eye out for:
Monday 8/26/19 - First Day of School (half day)
School starts at 8 am, students may start arriving at 7:30 and may enter the classroom at 7:45. You can bring the items from their list at that time. We will be going down to the church for our opening chapel service at 8:25. Parents are welcome to attend chapel as well! After chapel, the students will head back to the classroom and parents will be invited to join Mr. Petzold for a parent reception. Dismissal is at 11:30 and you will pick up your child outside by the main school doors. Kindergartners line up along the brick wall. I will dismiss each child one at a time, so please be patient on these first days!
Tuesday 8/27/19 - first full day of school and Curriculum Night
Curriculum Night is 6:30-8:00pm and will start in the church and then move to classrooms. You will learn more about Trinity's expectations and our classroom. We hope to see you there!
